Cristiano Ronaldo has got a ton of money and what better way to spend Christmas by buying and creating a grotto.

Ronaldo has turned his house into a grotto and he is dressing up as Santa to hand out gifts. Ronaldo has paid an events firm 6,000 pounds to decorate his home (which is worth 4 million pounds) and provide him with a Father Christmas suit.

Ronaldo's mansion now has a 6ft tree in every room, hundreds of baubles, thousands of lights and a huge nativity scene.

Ronaldo's plan is to dress as Santa and he will give his presents to his mum Dolores, brother Hugo and sisters Telma and Katia.

A friend told News Of The World:
“Cristiano has a big family Christmas planned. He’s been telling the lads he’s got a firm which does a lot of the Old Trafford parties to trim up his house,”

Ronaldo Saves Teens Career

You wouldn't be blamed if you thought that the press only printed bad things about Cristiano Ronaldo but he has done something fantastic for one teenager.

Ronaldo has rescued a young goalkeepers career by paying his medical bills.

Joao Santos is an 18-year-old goalie with Amora in Portugal and he suffered a cruciate ligament injury. Santos knew Ronaldo when Ronaldo was a youngster at Sporting Lisbon, Ronaldo gave Santos the boots from his debut with Lisbon.

Santos was going to sell those boots in an auction, when Ronaldo heard about this, he offered to pay the bills.
So far Ronaldo has paid a £4,000 bill for the operation, he is also paying out £200 a week for Santos’ rehabilitation sessions.

A pal of Santos said: “Joao knew Cristiano when he was a very junior player at Sporting and was given the first pair of boots that Ronaldo wore on his debut.
“Joao was going to sell the boots to raise the money but Cristiano wouldn’t let him.
“Ronaldo’s action makes the nation feel very proud of him.”

It is really nice to see Ronaldo in the papers for a good thing.

United's Christmas Panto

Each year the Manchester United youngsters put on a Christmas panto for Sir Alex Ferguson, the staff and the first team.
This year the funniest jokes were apparently the ones about Cristiano Ronaldo, Dimitar Berbatov and Wayne Rooney.

Here is what a source told The Sun:
“The panto was in the form of an ITV News bulletin with Danny Welbeck as Sir Trevor McDonald.
“The youth team guy playing Ronaldo was wearing a Real Madrid shirt with 123 Days To Go on the front – which is a reference to how long is it until the end of the season.
“The real Ronaldo was absolutely p***ing himself laughing.
“Then a coffin was wheeled in with a player dressed as Dracula with Berbatov 9 on his back – followed by someone as Wayne Rooney with a full on Bobby Charlton wig.”

Ronaldo Dates Married Woman

Ronaldo is no stranger to controvesy and today it is for two reasons, the first because he walked off in Manchester United's match against Sunderland yesterday, the second is because he is dating a married woman.

The woman in question is Alyona Haynes who is the face of dating websites which find beautiful Russian lovers for British men.

The News Of The World are claiming that Ronaldo and Alyona had dinner together with another couple, a few days later Alyona is celebrating John Haynes (her husband) 50th birthday with John and his 11 year old daughter.

John said: “There is no way I could have sat down and had dinner with her if I had known she had been with Ronaldo a few nights before. Now I know our marriage is definitely over.”
“I’m going to confront him now. Before all this, we were together for five years and had been planning a family together.”
“Before we split she was telling all her friends that she was going to have a baby with me. “I had just bought her a very nice diamond ring for her birthday and all the rest of it. It all went down the toilet rapidly, very rapidly.”
“I dragged my a*se to Kiev I don’t know how many times to get her visas and married her. We had our ups and downs like any married couple but this hit me like a tornado.”

A close friend to Ronaldo has reacted to this by saying:
“Alyona was separated when they first met. They are dating and this may be the beginning of something."
