Ashley Cole's wife Cheryl Cole has been named best dressed of 2009 and best dressed of the decade.
3000 females between the age of 20-60 voted Cheryl Cole as the most stylish woman of the decade, the survey was put together by The Style Network.
Cheryl Cole also topped Glamour's list, this time she won best dressed of 2009 beating Kate Moss.
"In the past year, Cheryl Cole has become everyone's style crush," Glamour editor Jo Elvin wrote in the latest edition of the magazine. "She's ridiculously gorgeous, beautifully groomed and always glossy, glossy, glossy".
